These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern all commercial relationships between AthlexSocks and its customers in Morocco. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these GTC without reservation, in accordance with Article 3 of Law 31-08. These conditions may be modified at any time. The applicable conditions are those in effect at the date of the order.

All our products are described as accurately as possible. Photographs and descriptions on the site are for illustrative purposes only. Prices displayed are in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD), including all taxes. AthlexSocks reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of order validation. In accordance with Article 5 of Law 31-08, all price information must be clear and non-misleading.

The ordering process includes: • Product selection and adding to cart • Cart and information verification • Entering delivery details • Order validation In accordance with Law 53-05, you have the opportunity to review and correct your information before finally confirming your order. Payment method: Cash on Delivery available in all Moroccan cities.

AthlexSocks delivers to all cities in Morocco. Delivery time: 1 to 3 business days depending on destination. In accordance with Article 13 of Law 31-08, in case of delivery delay exceeding 7 days, you have the right to cancel your order and obtain a full refund. Delivery fees are indicated before order validation.

In accordance with Articles 36 to 38 of Law 31-08, you have 7 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. To exercise this right, contact us by email at athlex.socks@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +212 658-473931. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of defective or non-conforming product.

All our products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity provided by Law 31-08. In case of a defective product or one that does not conform to the order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. AthlexSocks commits to exchanging or refunding the product concerned.

These GTC are subject to Moroccan law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, the competent Moroccan courts will be seized. In accordance with Law 31-08, you may also contact consumer protection associations approved in Morocco.
